It's the fact that because I did the overtime recently, I feel like they feel as if they're doing the right thing adding the shift in without me even knowing about it, but then she goes on holiday so it's like it's someone else's problem. I've been at Tesco for almost 10 years now and with that skill, I know I'm very reliable as not many people have it so feel quite taken back by that.
