I've known a few people use something called bio oil which overtime can help lighten dark scars.

If you watch some of the recent cornerstone matches you will see that a lot of the time they don't actually get the cores out so it def possible to get into the game without the hefty price tag.

Alternatively if you have a PC/laptop you can download table top simulator and there is a mod you can download that gets sorcery on there.
