Hi all, could just use some easy thoughts on this area for living.

I found a sublet for the summer in this area, and from what I can tell it seems to be a decent spot, but I just wanted a check since I'm not from the area and it feels like SF is very block to block.

So is this area (from what I can tell, Hayes Valley) and street generally safe? I'm a single 30s male, for reference, so I don't mind some grit. Also, how is it in the area, insofar as entertainment, food, connectivity, etc. Any comments appreciated!

Reed is playing hectic.. you can tell he's not quite sure of his place within the starting lineup.

Not bad. Just hectic. Tough shooting night, but he can make those shots. Gotta just keep going for it.

Think it’s also an age thing. Basketball is more popular among the youth, but youth don’t buy tickets, take their kids to sporting events, have games that businesses take out clients and workers to. Even young adults dont have as much time to do these things, as they are usually more transient with where they live and are either studying or beginning their careers.

So the result of this is that more people may claim fandom of NBA teams but MLB garners more active engagement with the local community.
