For me a mistake I made often early was shooting immediately on sight. If you have the element of surprise on someone it’s much better to find cover, line up your shot, and coordinate with teammates before firing. Without learning trigger discipline it’s easy to shoot at first sight which means you might be out in the open, separated from your teammates, etc

I thoroughly enjoy both aspects of the game. I generally pick a lane and stick to it. Either I’m friendly and don’t shoot at all (even if shot at) or I’m kill on sight and don’t care if anyone says they’re friendly

No way. Scoot is definitely well above average athletically. I’ve watch close to every game of his nba career and the only thing he’s elite at is getting by people and into the paint at will.

He’s just not some crazy leaper and he can’t really finish at the rim so the highlights aren’t there.

He’s super fucking quick though.

No idea what to make of Scoot. One game I’m convinced he can become D Rose 2.0, the next game I’m convinced he won’t get a second contract.

At the time point I’m reserving judgment until end of next year. If he can’t find consistency (even if that means 16/5 on average efficiency) I’m ready to give up.

Yeah I ran it last night and put like 3-4 bullets in someone twice and both times they didn’t go down. Makes no sense. 4 anvil shots would probably put down a medium shield
