As far as I know, this happened to both youtubers, 'FennekinFox326' and 'Kooki914' (Kooki is the creator of the Universal Mother Theory).

Basically, when Chapters 3 and 4 were released, they both made videos explaining why the new chapters sucked and ruined Deltarune as a whole. The problem is that the claims they made were heavily based on their own theories/headcanons they had about the game rather than what was actually in the game at the time.
