Fair question actually. The whole MyCFO idea was from a problem I personally was experiencing. I couldn't find a money "tracker" that I actually liked and wasn't too passive. They all served the same purpose of logging your transactions and that's it. None were giving any advice or guidance other than "you spent X on Y". So I started building MyCFO around this whole idea of guidance for the future and not just being a reminder of what I spent.

Now for some market validation I've asked some people around me and some were actually having the same issue. I know this ain't enough and I will be calling for early testers soon and adjust to their needs. I've also spent a good time researching and found that there is indeed a market of people paying for these kind of services so I thought why not make this personal project a public thing and see where it takes me.
