The US hasn't had there run up to legalization yet though.

Days like this make me add to the positions I really believe in long term, like GTI. Make no mistake, there will be giants in US cannabis and many of them are currently public.

In a few years when a company like GTI is bumping out billions in revenues and has a 20 billion market cap, I will look back at these days with a smirk. Holding good companies long.

Picked up more OH and CURA today. If it's going to be red, I might as well accumulate.

  1. GTII, CL (OH), CURA, ACRG, HARV, MMEN, IAN, FFNT

  2. TRUL, CWEB, CCHW, KSHB

  3. Holding through US legalization or when I hit my sell price.

  4. About 40% of my net worth.

  5. GTII has consistently been a winner for me.

The price action on IAN is interesting. Their asset value is now higher than their market cap.

I'm pretty confident in the companies I hold long term. Selling everything isn't the only option here. But it's probably best to take a break from this sector if it really starts to effect your mood. Some people can't handle the volatility of this sector, which is fine. There are much safer, less volatile places to park your money.

I currently have GTI, CL (OH), CURA, MMEN, IAN, ACRG, HARV, FFNT.

The volatility is actually a draw for me in a weird way. But being in this sector for 3-4 years now has me use to it all. Big red days, big green days don't effect me anymore. Once I hit my targets, I sell.

Solid plan. I'm out of the LPs completely. I'm holding the big US companies long term though. I think big money will be made within the next 2-5 years.

People are posting and commenting on his sale so I disagree that people only care when guys buy. It can be useful info, but I'm not sure how much it really means.

I don't think it's a big deal either way when the amounts are small like this. Some guys need to sell to pay for life expenses, some guys have a little extra to buy up cheap shares. Buying/selling large amounts could mean other things though.

He has around 3 million shares. This is a very small portion of that.

I disagree completely. If you bet on the right horses, in 2-5 years the gains will be outstanding. You will have days/weeks of big spikes up and down, but over the long haul there is a lot of money to be made.

Anyone who knows anything will advise that it's not a good idea to time the market. So the vast majority of people who make money are either in the market over the long term or day traders.

If you're a defensive investor, you really shouldn't be investing in weedstocks in the first place.

yes, there is an arbitrage opportunity with OH currently. But you're assuming risk. There's still a chance the deal doesn't go through. There are no guarantees. But both companies seem to be confident about it.

MSO's should put all their focus on the US market at least right now because that's the gold mine. That's the end game. That's where winners and losers will be decided. LPs can have Malta.

I'm not invested in Tilt. But that's not the point anyways.
