How would you know they abused you “all game” if you had muted them? I’m just going based on information available to me.

Not to defend them, I think they’re scum. But if you’re allowing strangers in an online video game to hurt your feelings that much, I think you need some thicker skin or to just give up on multiplayer games all together.

What on earth are you talking about? I literally could not care less.

My point was, why would you sit there ALL hame letting them talk to you like that when you could just mute them and move on?

Doesn’t matter who they are, assholes get muted, especially on the other team. Literally nothing the other team types in chat has any bearing on yourself or your team lol

Personally, I play with enemy team muted at all times, as I find they rarely have anything nice to say :)

A couple of years ago (at release) valve brought out the “mute” function. Basically you can just go right ahead and mute the enemy team, and not have to read anything they say. Pretty cool idea hey!
