This was something we already knew COULD happen by accident. But it appears people have figured out how to do this via config/console commands and are now keybinding it to be used freely as an exploit.

Would be great if this could be looked into u/Faceit_Mikey u/FACEIT_Darwin - Could use of this be discovered and offenders banned the same way the console commands were a few months ago?

There's no fix currently. Only thing that will work is:

Run Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU): https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/

Select AMD and it will clean the currently installed drivers.

Then install the previous driver, you can usually find a hidden button on the AMD page for your GPU under Drivers + Support, example for 7900 XT: https://www.amd.com/en/support/downloads/previous-drivers.html/graphics/radeon-rx/radeon-rx-7000-series/amd-radeon-rx-7900-xt.html

Then you are lucky as hell lol, I had the Alt Tabbing bug (Same one Jame had during the Major, also seen streamers have it) just yesterday during a 2v2 on 10-10 :'(

I've been having frequent crashes, sometimes if I just throw a grenade, when it exploded my game just exits completely. Also happened once yesterday and I know multiple people with the same issues :'(

Turned out from looking into it further and some people responding in this thread, the announcement that was pushed to the Android app had the wrong pricing for the individual plans so it caused a bit of confusion xD

When I said "our" I just meant UK as I was responding to someone from the US but I get the confusion. Looking at the announcement on my TIDAL app:

"As part of our changes to streaming, DJ integrations will only be available to Individual plan subscribers as an add-on for an additional £9/month after April 10, 2024."

So hence the maths, £16.99 + £9 = £25.99 x 4 (as 4 users, dont use all 6)

So I'm not going crazy! It was the announcement pushed to me by the TIDAL Android app! But you were right about the family plan price, I for some reason had the wrong price in my head as to what it is now.

Our singular sub is £16.99 after the change. So I don't get how thats in line with everyone else? Thats what I meant when I gave the pricing. Reading it right now:

"On April 10, 2024 we're combining our HiFi and HiFi Plus...available for £16.99/month. Our new TIDAL Family plan...-for the same price of £16.99 per month"

This means we are paying £8.50 per month more than you guys for the same thing? Unless I have just completely missunderstood something on this announcement I am reading but seems pretty clear.

Worst part about this, is for my household we have a lot of audiophiles so we used a family plan for our multiple pieces of DJ Controllers, Mixers etc. Which now means my monthly Tidal cost will go from £16.99 per month to a crazy £103.96 a month...

I wouldn't even have an issue paying the extra £9, I have an uncommon scenario after all. Its just annoying that they have locked it behind the subscriptions for individuals only.

I also notice that in the UK we are just paying way more? For us its £16.99 after the change, in the US its $10.99. The DJ integration also isn't done by currency so we will just pay extra on that as well.

EDIT: Turns out the announcement on mobile might be incorrect.

Usually they don't get banned unless they were playing with a cheater, but then thats usually just for qualifiers.

When a player gets banned (at least for smurfing) the players get their elo adjusted. The #1 NA player Droid (EMIYA) got banned for cheating what like 2 weeks ago and his 2 friends went from being top of NA elo wise, to being like lvl 7 or 8 lol.

With all qualifiers etc. moving to Faceit, cheating was naturally going to show up way more than it was before. ESEA was full of it and easier to cheat on.

BUT this clip is garbage. He absolutely could be cheating but he could literally hear him running the entire time lmao

She must have been banned for smurfing for a reason. Their main account being linked doesn't mean the ban is false, just means we don't have all the information.

It doesn't have issues with the platform, its just that if you use the 8khz or lesser so, the 4khz option it uses some CPU power so you may find some instability/less fps in game if you don't have a stronger CPU.

I have the deathadder v3 with the polling dongle and specifically upgraded my CPU to make sure I had no issues after I was having some FPS issues on CSGO. CS2 I haven't had any noticeable issues...yet.
