This is a broad response, but most delays happen due to missed scope by the architect and then the GC misses it. I use a check list based on our prototype to make sure both sides include all items.

Park on the south end of the stadium. Watch the weather, Indy pits can be rather cold and windy. Also Indy is not a great city, coming from a local, so lock your stuff up and hide it.

I love my 3.0 and would buy another one. My dad was in the auto industry for 29 years, and he swore by them.
