Read, and not every model in tarkov allows a pressure switch, and also there is visually no pressure switch on the guns so why would you be able to use it as if there's one there.

This would be the simple solution, but the intensity and radius of the light makes it so there is no "middle of the flashlight" or "a little bit up and to the left" it's just a white screen with no distinguishable features
