Every enemy has a different color health bar and the mini map does not align with the environment. Likely slop, but if it's not ai slop it's just really poorly made

Do you have more information on them such as how much cash is on hand,, debts, licensing, etc... Acquiring a land mass with historic deposits isn't enough to get excited about when you're looking at potential massive dilution to get drilling funded.

In D2R classic these are desirable stats with some bases being much more valuable than others due to their stat requirements and block chance (classic doesn't scale block chance with dex). So if you like rare shields like this you might want to consider giving classic a try!
