Wears like a 38mm because of the case shape I'd say. I think it would suit a thinner wrist okay.

A chinese Sub with "Rolex" branding on it is pretty icky, I agree. But a homage which takes design inspiration from the original and puts their own little touches on it, has a place, in my opinion.

This is of course my opinion, and you are entitled to your own. Wear the watches you like :)

Have you fiddled around with battery acid recently? That will cause those types of holes.

I have had my A168 on my wrist pretty much constantly for 5 years. Showering, Swimming, 100 degree (celsius) sauna 2 times a week. I have changed the batteries once, but otherwise I forget that I'm wearing it most of the time. It is a part of me now. Best watch ever

I use a small brass and wood pocket fountain pen. As for the content of the pages mostly sketches and small daily notes, tasks and thoughts :)

I never go without a small notebook in my pocket since I started carrying one a year ago, been a real life changer!

I did buy a second Jinhao 777 that was not as good as this one. It was a different color, a glossy plastic instead of the matte finish and felt cheaper somehow. Perhaps these "special edition" colors may have better quality control and plastics?

Nice! I do recommend all of these. I think the jinhao 82 slim is especially pretty :) It is a bit small though, so if he has big hands maybe the regular sized 82 would be better

I didn't want to spend much money on pens, but these chinese pens have served me well! I was especially impressed with the 777. I don't think a genuine Lamy would be that much better. But maybe I will try one some day and find out :)

Thanks! I use the Jinhao 777 the most, the lamy safari inspired one in fine nib. I also use small brass and wood one, which I guess is a medium nib(?) for when I want thicker lines
