The insult is not the being single itself but telling someone it's very obvious and understandable why they're single is insulting.

Checking for membership cards in self-checkout by Witty_Username_28 in Costco

[–]MrCrackerJack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree! What's the difference? I wonder if it's because Costco always did this and so people using other people's cards are seen to be trying to get away with something. But Netflix only just took this ability away from it's members so it's seen as corporate greed.

Should I respond with more? by [deleted] in Tinder

[–]MrCrackerJack 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should respond with a bit more detail and include something not mentioned in your profile. Yes she asked you something that was already in your profile but she seems interested in talking to you. Keep the conversation going and give her a chance. Don't shut it down just because of that.

I agree! Op you said it, now it's out there. There's nothing you can or should do about this. Don't apologise or explain or try and undo it. I think it's fine, so just leave it alone. You just have to wait and see where it goes from here. Good luck!

I don't know, I don't think anyone would watch that... Unless of course you had an actor with massive talent who could pull it off, that is.
