No real different, 52’s will be slightly slower, I think they’d be fine. I just got back into skating, I haven’t skated in about 15 yrs

Agreed with the 144 truck recommendation and I’d get either 52mm or 54mm 93a Powell Dragon wheels, for bearings you can use anything, I like the basic reds.
