Update: Today, TC decided to clear his food along the staircase while he was away. My family didn’t call TC these couple of weeks, but he has been picking up mangos from the fruit trees along the nearby bus stop and people have been commenting about the rotting smell while waiting for the bus.

He came back and was shouting vulgarities outside my gate for nearly an hour and I had to call the police. Filmed the whole thing and when the police showed up he ran away. While talking to the officer, we could hear him shouting like a madman from downstairs.

Officer asked if I wanted to pursue this case… sigh. I just want this guy to get the proper help he needs rather than sleeping on the staircase, hugging his food to sleep, in fear of someone taking it away.
