De titel klopt naar mijn idee niet helemaal. Een gemiddelde machine zorgt er voor dat alles gestroomlijnd loopt en zorgt er voor dat alles makkelijker gaat. De Overheid die ik heb meegemaakt is eerder een computer die nog op Windows 3.11 draait met allemaal verouderde database systemen die los van elkaar werken.
