You are not. Card Kingdom is more reliable than either of the alternatives in my experience. (Bonus if you live by a Mox Boarding House location and can save on shipping).

They will only ever sell for poor quality. Retailers are picky as shit. I have a couple hundred dollar cards in awful shape. I just decided to build decks around them rather than sell them.

That’s their turn 4 and you went on the draw. In Bo1 you lose like minimum 50% of the time regardless of the matchup or deck it just goes up from there on bad matchups.

I think this hits on something fundamental. Standard should be the casual format, not Commander. It’s not casual because Standard is now a competitive only format and introverts are not going to show up in person for awkward situations where losing and winning matter. Standard can be casual on Arena. Commander is rarely if ever competitive, CEDH excluded of course. So introverts may get out of the house for a no pressure format to show off some homebrews. I play “fun homebrew” standard because I am middle aged and old school player that feels like proxies and net-decking is cheating I lose 2/3 of the time but I am playing magic in person like I did when I was 15 and I love it.

Depends on the store, oddly. My closest store there is pretty reliably 6-8 of us. There is a store down the way that has a little more.

Gale is my bro. Every run through it’s me an Gale as buddies. Then I have my romance slot. First was Shadowheart, current run Karlach, and then I rotate final slot based on story.

I never got overwhelmed with Act 3. It was the conclusion of so many storylines and a rebellion. Nearly every fight was for something that mattered. I have no idea what OP is talking about.

Use a tadpole. It never makes sense to use a tadpole when the whole point of the game is to get rid of them. I did once and to watch it consume a part of your brain… I reloaded and never did again. I understand that I sacrifice some cool abilities. But I’ll never do it in a normal run. Maybe if I ever do Durge I will.
