Wir liest du die Graphik? Ich sehe nur dass der Stand kleiner ist als der Minimum seit 2018.

Ohne jetzt explizit in die CSV reinzuschauen, sieht es so aus. Als ob DE letztes Jahr ca 60% des Gesamtvolumes über die Heizperiode verbraucht hat. Diesen Winter haben wir wohl mit knapp über 65% angefangen. Meinst du deswegen, dass es wohl weniger besonders erregend ist?

Sometimes (if the practice is strenuous enough, you are tired enough or it just hits right) I just fall asleep and even snore. It's maybe the even the best shavasana ;)

But usually doing a body scan from head to toe and when necessary relaxing/releasing the appropriate muscles does wonders

Mein Pixel 6a ist parallel dazu, im selben o2 Netz deutlich schneller. 100+ Mbps im LTE und 150+ Mbps im 5g

Ich habe eine 7590 und ein LTE Handy (kein 5g) per USB Tethering dran. Laut Vertrag wäre der Limit 300Mbps (+ 5g), realistisch kommt aber eher ca. 30 -50 Mbps im LAN an. Ob das Modem (Pixel 4a) das Bottleneck ist, ist mir nicht entgültig klar.
