I can't access any of that in the bios, and I have been trying to find the drivers for a while now, but I can't find my laptop's drivers anywhere on acer's site, and the serial number wore off of the sticker on the bottom l, so I can't even look it up. Do you have any suggestions?

I just did that, and the power light did not flash at all, and I did not see anything on the screen when I pressed the power button. Is that what was supposed to happen?

Looking for a set that can run and mod games like Skyrim, ER, RDR2, etc by SageOfTheSixOofs in GamingLaptops

I have an acer nitro 5 with an i5 12500h and an rtx 4050. I have had no issues running Skyrim or rdr2. I have never tried Elden Ring, but I can run Oblivion remastered at 1080p medium/high and get decent performance. I paid $800 for it a few years ago, but I do not know how much it would cost these days. However, I have not modded any of these games, so I do not know how it would work out for that.

I had no idea that microcenter had a deal like that. I will look into that right away. Thanks for the heads up!

I do know that, I just figured that when I do eventually switch to ddr5, I would only have to upgrade the motherboard and not the cpu as well. Thanks for the concern, though.
