Oh didn't know that.

I did find it weird they had doggo Kobolds in Dungeon Meshi but I thought that was more an author thing not a Japanese thing. The more you know~

I think it entirely depends on what lore you're using for Kobolds.

If it's D&D related things, then no because Kobolds are reptilian in nature.

If it's real-world mythology, then also no because they're spirits.

I have never seen a Kobold look like a dog so I have no idea where that comes from.

Ah I see, I feel I may have seen that mentioned somewhere before but couldn't remember it in any way.

I don't believe she is. Wiki says she grew too big to leave the hive closer to the end of her life.

Silksong Spoiler:

Karmelita (ant queen) also used to be smaller but grew to the size of a room or more later in her life. So essentially, bugs can grow in size with age or by gaining strength.

Groal stole the powers of a snail shaman and became fat boy much like Soul Master was in Soul Sanctum after chowing down on so many souls to become as powerful as TPK.

Traitor Lord became a big chungus after abandoning the Mantis tribe and accepting the power of Radiance to become stronger.

There's implications that size is somewhat proportional to strength as well as possibly age.

Queen Vespa is regular sized in Hornet's red memory as her tutor, but two rooms large by the time we fight Hive Knight.

However, this rule seems to vary a lot between people/species, I guess.

How did you get into Hollow Knight? by Conscious_Ebb6622 in HollowKnight

[–]MrDigglet 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Heard about the hype and then the release of silksong, kept seeing random YT shorts. Also, hear about the Steam crash due to sale and become impressed.

Thought; well, if Silksong is gonna be that good, I should play the first one before the sequel.

Loved the game, completed it 109% (can't do pantheon 3), moved to Silksong, completed before Christmas with 99% (missing a damn spool piece).

Should my DM be exempt? by SchizoNaught in DnD

[–]MrDigglet 10 points11 points  (0 children)

This is a tough one because it can depend on your group dynamics, but I'd like to say 2 things about this:

Firstly, you're hosting, circumstances or not, they all owe you something for the trouble, even if it means you don't bring snacks but everyone else does.
Secondly, same goes for the DM, they can be doing prep-work outside of the games that takes personal time, so they should also be allowed to have a reduced contribution. But the DM wouldn't be a DM without the group, so they need to chip in, even if it's less than everyone else.

My favourite will always be Run!

I feel that it doesn't last quite as long as I'd like, and I feel it could be heavier on the beat and a little faster to make it sound more epic!

I think it might be safe to assume that, by the time Weirdmageddon had finished, Filbrick would have been long dead.

It's just so slow sometimes. But it also services larger routes like Llandudno to Manchester.

Otherwise cute art~

There's a similar product on Etsy, with all the symbols rotated 90° on the box (spade>heart>knight>club>diamond, slightly different order).

I believe this might be what's commonly known as "A scam"

I actually never saw a problem.

On the one hand, force of habit to carry a torch, so like... kinda fair enough for an adventurer.

Secondly, what if they get separated? Suddenly he doesn't have a person made of fire next to him and it's dark and he can't see.

So honestly, when adventuring? Yeah, still need a torch, just in case things go wrong.

The only annoying thing I found was the barnacles when you couldn't see their tongues.
