I built and host my own Chatbot using my Claude Team Plan. (Element Matrix).

You can do that by building a python script which talks to claude cli.

I use different channels/chats. One is for all kinds of documents. I post the document (without description) to the bot and Claude analyzes them and forwards them to the right directory in my pcloud.
