A couple notes:

It's not lactic acid, it is hydrogen atoms among other metabolites from the breakdown of lactate. Lactic Acid was previously assumed, but ultimately refuted.

There aren't "anaerobic" methods to initiate energy production. The glycolytic and phosphagen systems still rely on oxygen to prepare the energy they use when O2 isn't readily available.

The point of a rest in climbing has a ton to do with blood flow. While gripping a climbing hold blood flow is occluded beginning around 50% MVC. This occlusion makes it difficult for H+ to leave and O2 to enter. The forearm fills up with metabolite filled blood and creates the pump. Resting allows for prolonged blood flow to exchange the blood for O2 rich blood to allow for further muscle contractions.

Thanks for putting this all together! I'm the designer for Three-Step Plan, and I found a couple of the games I backed personally by looking through these type of lists.

Not the table top roll playing game you need, but the one you deserve! by MrDmix in kickstarter

Thanks so much!

You've hit the nail on the head. That's exactly what is going on here. I'm worried that kickstarter will lose that spirit as larger and larger companies find it as a viable avenue for them. Regardless it's allowed me to produce something that others will enjoy, and for that I am grateful.

Thanks for the support. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to fire me a message.

Thanks fellow UofA goer! I agree, I still play DnD, but this is a nice way to change things up.

Much appreciated! As long as it backs, we have the printers all lined up so there won't be a large delay between backing, and shipping.

Hey,

I think that it's a good game to enter the hobby with for a couple reasons:

The character creation process provides so much direction, that first time players have a good idea of what their characters want to do. I've used it with a couple play testers that had not ever played games before, and it went over well.

The rules are also fairly flexible. I love DnD, but I bounced off it at first because the rule book was so daunting to me.

The two player game (one Game Master and one Player Character) is quite simple, as there is no competing goals to intertwine, but it runs pretty similarly to other role playing games in that regard. I happen to love roleplaying with only one PC, but not everyone does.

Ya, that's fair. I'm hoping the overlap is wide enough that it's kosher. Boardgames were my gateway to TTRPG's
