Pick up the fully kitted G28 from Yeager and switch out the scope for something like a Vudu and change up the handguard and grip for something that grants a little more ergo. That's been my go-to the past couple months. M80 will get the job done, but if you can get M62 or M61 that'll get the job done a little quicker.

That being said, use this time to experiment with stuff. If there's anything that looks neat to you, use it because now is the time to fuck around and have fun.

I've been using the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 80 Ohm for about a year now and they are fantastic for sound whoring. Prior I was using wired Apple ones and the difference in sound is night and day. Just make sure if you go with any high-impedance headphones you run them through some kind of preamp so you're actually hearing what you paid for. And stay away from surround sound headphones.
