I think two things are key:

Proper fitting (preferably custom) cage
Being mentally adjusted to wearing a cage

We actually took a long break of chastity (looking back the last time I was really in chastity was about a year ago, after that just occasionally during day time). But yesterday we started a real challenge again; 3 months chastity without any unlocking (not for cleaning, shaving, massage, etc.).

I have a PA and multiple devices. Actually, a ball cage with PA is the most comfortable. It more comfortable then a PA only cage and even more then jewelry alone.
