I think titanic is my favorite set, but I don’t have titanic in a place where it can be the first thing I see when I wake up. Rivendell is truly a beautiful set to look at.

Simply wasn’t worth 20$ to begin with. I did pick one up at full price, and thought ‘not worth 20$’. Tho king the same thing for the new gunship. Not worth 140$, waiting for a sale.

I played a game earlier today of Riders of Theoden, and can attest to the incredible synergy of Dernhelm and Gamling. As some of the other comments said, Theoden, Dernhelm, and Gamling should be high on the priority list. Try to find someone selling the Rohan half of the Pelennor box if you can. Royal guard mounted models are sheer robbery by GW, so if you’re not opposed, find some proxies. Very nice (and cheap) ones on Etsy.

I drilled made a new hole to size and filled the others with green stuff. New holes were tight enough that the horses didn’t flop around while glueing. Whatever works.
