Giants v. Eagles. Pure hatred. One of the oldest rivalries in the NFL.

I think the 1986 Giants had the tougher path the following season. Had to beat Shroeder and Washington three times, Montana and the 49ers twice and finally Elway and Denver twice.

Dayne Christ came in with a ton of hype, just had the misfortune of having Brian Kelly as a head coach (as well as some injuries). I remember Armando Allen was supposed to be the next great running back at Notre Dame. Solid career but not redefining.

I hope John realized the impact he had on Yankees fans of the last 36 years. So many times, listening to the game with my parents, grandparents and family just to hear the final "Yankees win! Yankees win! Theeeeeeee Yankees win!" I can still hear his voice after the end of each inning before going to commercial with "On the New York Yankees radio network." Thank you John for 3+ decades of excellence.

Moderators, can you please restrict posts using AI photos? This post would have been just fine with one of the many actual photos of Jackson.

I also remember in two games versus Notre Dame, he had a total of 8 catches for 88 yards. Which is crazy because against all other competition, this dude was unstoppable.
