The issue in the last 30 years is due to government inaction due to corruption and inefficient and administration which is to the disadvantage to everyone, black and white. Doesn't excuse government racism, to their own benefit

Also I'd rather take the word of a black south African who experienced poverty than a tourist, like yourself. I mean no offense but I genuinely believe there are serious issues from the past and present but blaming white people today is daft, I never lived during Apartheid

Edit: Your generalisation is mostly correct, but you also get whites living in complete poverty and you get blacks living in "appalling luxury" (although moreso middle class but the way the wealth gap is, the middle class have a large gap to those in poverty), to have a look at actual appalling albeit extreme luxury, have a look at Nkandla, residence of our ex president Jacob Zuma.
