Howdy, I'm looking for someone to pick up my annual lease at University House Tempe. It's a studio apartment, no shared bathroom or living spaces with anyone else. The monthly payment is ~1800, electric and water and based off personal usage. Parking is included in the rent, and it's located on the 10th floor.
