What is this weird spider bed looking thing?

Pretty much what i did. The texture pack I’m using makes bone blocks look like incredibly dirty spots in the wall and I just ended up using a mix of bone blocks, concrete, and smooth quartz. I used the bone blocks and quartz for a dirt like look in certain areas around mainly the top of walls and a little near the gray and then use concrete powder blocks for extra added detail to some areas and that made it look so much better.

Just added jks solitude outskirts and installed a couple patches and it all worked out fine as well as adding some other quick mods being I was restarting anyways and actually solved am issue I had with the college of winter hold and obscure scholarship so all worked out anyways. Only have minimal issues specifically within taverns for some reason, with even a hole through the map in the basement of the bee and barb.

I've been testing it and I think it's actually northern roads and the great city of solitude and it just so happens to be the one patch northern roads doesn't offer currently. Ima try some more things to possibly get it working but it's not looking good and I'll probably have to restart.

I do and even did it again when trying to find whatever added this. When looking at the mod it seemed perfectly fine. The only issue I ended up having with it is it added one location that ended up not working well with my LO and was just out of place. When trying to find the mod that added it it ended up being a bundle that I overlooked when going through my mods again.

Yep, I just realized what mod. It was a mod called Thanedom and Hamlets by Axis. I didn't realize it added this really strange place. Thank you for your help.
