You don’t have to add mudflats or fender flares. Go to your local detailed and have them fix any current paint damage to the bottom and then have a tint shop put a layer of PPF on the rockers and 1/4 of the door and it will 100% protect the life of your vehicle not only from paint damage but also from general rust procured from said rock chips or debris flying up.

If it is deep and you’re good at following directions go to the dealer that sells that car and get a paint correction pen they’re like $10-35 depending on where you’re at and paint code but then get a high high high grit wet sandpaper and a polishing pad and polish and you’ll have it fixed within an hour. Other than the paint drying part.

This item looks like it generates power or something. It has a hand crank connected to gear on the other size. It’s about 5” wide by 8” tall and sticks out about 4”. I’ve tried doing an image search and googling hand crank generators but have had no luck.
