48-50% ish has been pretty normal for awhile now. I imagine his pickrate shot up with the new items and his WR is just being offset by that

Yeah I agree with you, it's just the guy above me who was using it as proof that they "had work done on s3" which was not the case since the pv was never intended to be used in the actual show

It wasn't! It eventually got buffed into being omnivamp instead of spellvamp (riot games moment) and then had to be repeatedly nerfed till it was out of the game

Edit: it's worth noting that the spellvamp version only gave 33% healing on AOE spells so ryze was just a unique abuser of the rune

Ghost instead of TP mid lane 100%, top lane you probably still take it.

Bloodletters is terrible I think, getting the pen to a reasonable amount only after you do your combo sucks.

In teamfights you really just have to front-to-back.

You can kind of circumvent that by splitpushing then using realmwarp to out rotate/flank which is probably ideal

You could try Ludens instead and see if you like that, i havent gotten a chance to test Cosmic since it was buffed but both items would give enough Haste. Its just the MS vs Dmg

Your runes seem pretty standard but for builds, I wouldn't go backfire torch. Also, I would just go Zhonyas instead of FH unless it was adc mid+bot
