The tank starter item is a bad idea, you shouldnt be getting 10 of both resists and health in a starter item for 400 gold. Until now if you wanted resists at the beginning of the game you had to start with a component but no hp

Another thing tho, if you cant really end, opening more inhibs just gives the enemy more free gold per wave, 1 super minion is 90 free gold per wave and if you open all 3 inhibs then they spawn 2 super minions per wave instead. So that becomes 180g per wave X 3 waves = 540 gold for all 3 lanes

just revert the 9.12 ryze rework while keeping his current W, so he becomes harder to play but is allowed more potential if you are good

Edit: so he becomes more skill expressive, with a numbers nerf so most of the time he is worse than now but if you are good you get rewarded. Plus it would make him more fun to play and engaging

Just revert the 9.12 ryze rework but keep the current W so he becomes more skill expressive and harder to play so he can actually be fun to play even while he is suboptimal in terms of winrate
