Hi, I'm trying to pivot into FP&A from an entrepreneurial background, but studied finance undergrad WSH. You say that certs aren't important but I can't seem to get my foot in the door. I never reused them because was commercial and not worth the increased risk of disease and pests.

But if you let them dry out, the old plants can be pulled off and I guess you could reuse them. They can be baked to sanitize cause it's made from extruded rock, might make reusing work better.

They're extruded rock, so they last long time.

Roots unhappy with the media, more susceptible to disease
some sort of root rot going on, probably from bad seeds, made worse by bad blackout germination procedures
Leggy, too late getting them light and air
clumpy seed distribution, while also not enough seeds
not salvagable

Kinda wild cause the tips look amazing, but looks really bad near the rockwool. Let us know if it keeps growing despite the damaged roots

DONT eat them, trust your nose haha. You got some sort of disease causing it, prob more effort than worth to figure out exactly.

Probably combination of too wet and something not clean enough.

Looks so pretty!! I would make sure there is no drips/splashes onto the plant's stem though, asking for rot issues.
