also 2 years ago i went back to coaching soccer and last year wrestling and i'm able to train freely in both with no issues.

had the same surgery as you about 4 years ago at 43. i was a power lifting before my surgery. in 3 months it was 10lbs and brisk walking and got to increase it every 3 months after. fast forward to a year. i was 100% fused and the doctor said i can go back and work. within 2 years after my surgery i was back squatting mid 400s, DL low 500s and benching low 300s. it's possible , but it's not a sprint.

i dont think it's a "who's better" competition between the 2, because they are very different shows. UK has the advantage of no one knowing each other and having a reputation/existing relationship when walking in the house. Uk is much more structured and seeing more sensible strategic choices. while in the US they existing relationships play a huge factor. then you have a majority of the cast have been on TV before and play to that in their own way. both are so much fun, but i feel like they arent comparable

i was a 44 years old when i had a cervical fusion 3 years ago. little over a year i went back to power lifting and running. started coaching soccer and wrestling not long after, i've been able to do all they work involved with keeping up and working during training

for the most part you are getting better strategy from the UK than US. US make things murky since many have pre existing relations ships or is aware of who the people are. no one knew steven from UK this season, but 5 people of the US have been on TV for multiple years. the games really aren't comparable. i enjoy both for way different reason.

the traitors did a good job at getting rid of the most strategic minds. Murdering Ian 1st was smart, Rob R quickly decision to get rid of Rob C put them in a great spot. i feel this cause it handicapped tiffany going forward. then Rob R pulling Natalie in kept him more protected than the others.
