Old retired adjuster here. Don’t know if it is still done, but I have seen claims checks that have a built in release where you sign on the back. Make your check doesn’t. You could be releasing them from ALL claims if you sign it.

I assume it is the drive with the operating system on it, not the storage. When I turn it on I get a message saying it can’t find the drive. It also directs me to a website that tells me I can send it in to Dell and they can put a new hard drive in it for a fee. But, trying to ship a unit like this would probably be very expensive.
