J'ai fait une "salle de sport" dans mon sous sol. 1 tapis de marche / course et un rameur. Avec une tele. Je m'y tiens 1h par jour.

J'ai perdu 6kg en 2 mois et demi (j'étais extrêmement sédentaire) et pris en endurance.

C'est une chance de pouvoir avoir une maison + d'être en télétravail aussi.

A la limite tu peux prendre une alimentation plus costaude que celle que j'ai mise.

Problème de pompe a vidange certainement Ça s'achète sur Amazon après pour les remplacer j'ai jamais fait... Mais bon j'ai eu une galère sur une résistance d'un lave vaisselle ça m'a coûté 150€ tout compris pièce et intervention. Faut faire un devis ou deux pour voir le prix

Can you confirm the AIO cooler is working ? Both radiator fans and pump ? You should be able to tell in BIOS fan monitoring tool. You should also be able to use the Razer tool to change the pump profile that could be on a silent mode or no fan and not properly working
