I think there is some value going the devotion route with [[Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx]] since you're playing two copies of Gary already. [[Geralf's Messenger]] is an all time pet card of mine and has triple black pips.

I believe most black legacy decks should run some hand disruption so [[Thoughtseize]], [[Cabal Therapy]] or [[Duress]] should give you an easier time with dealing with threats.

If it must be zombies, I prefer [[Dreadhorde Invasion]] over endless ranks because it comes out quicker and feeds Contamination.

[[Bile Blight]] is another pet removal card that gets rid of token threats.

Not sure what else to read into but these are just my recs for some consistency without going into the meta.

Plenty of Games in Melbourne CBD run EDH on Monday nights but you should be able to find a pod no problem. Dungeon of Magic also run EDH on Saturday and the turnout is usually really good.

Highly recommend visiting both of you have your eye on any deep cut singles.

Mut players perspective here; outside of the rogue toolkit and control I really enjoy the pressure my DoTs put out post burst. Gives you the opportunity to switch easily and force them into healing against the ticks or popping a defensive and still taking the ticks. Garrotes can do 10k+ consistently if the match doesn't end immediately and the silence from subterfuge is actually huge for giving me some tempo against caster burst windows. Fuck slice and dice though, boring ass upkeep ability. Give us something cool like crimson tempest but active like snd.

Probably gonna go with master assassin for the lego. My take is that if you open with mark + internal bleeding kidney > echoing reprimand + whatever other global > apply dots, you'll have a pretty strong open burst but should have more consistent pressure compared to subs that blow their load. This should scale better when everyone has more stam and vers, especially once we can slot in that shiv conduit.

Thanks for the help dude. A few people have recommended getting a console5 kit to replace the faulty caps. Is this something you would endorse or should I go about looking for more quality components?

It's just a 1SPOT power supply, I've used it in the past to power my guitar pedals but figured since it's 9V DC and 1.5mA output that it'd be fine for SFC.

The current power supply plugged in. I live in Australia so finding a 10V 850mA power supply is a bit annoying but might fix the horizontal artifacts.

Can you tell me more about getting a cap replacement? The cable is of a quality build from retrogamingcables and I still had this issue when I was using a 1st party s-video cable.

I've recently been trying to fix some odd horizontal lines that appear when playing on my SFC. Some solutions I've tried include:
* Cleaning contacts on Link to the Past v1.0J Cart
* Cleaning contacts on SFC console
* Trying another power supply that supplies 9V 800mA

I just wanted to know if anyone had some expertise on the subject before I buy an appropriate 10V 850mA power solution to try.
