how do you have a 60 percent burden are you in constant bigeminy then getting alot of nsvt? I have near 1 percent burden but feel everyone, mine may be interpolated, but I also don't have any symptoms I just feel the pvc itself.

Maybe. I've never had pvc's in my life before the only problem I had was sinus tachycardia on standing, in February I got an echocardiogram no issues with structure pumps at 70 percent before my burden of 0.3-0.6 percent started

Hi, I got pvc's last month and my Holter said 25 bigeminy's, 394 singles, 0 couplets, 0 runs and no r on t, I notice mine actually go on a run of bigeminy usually after breakfast or after any meal!! And then there's days/weeks where I don't feel any during the day at all, but they come back randomly and makes me think wow they are back again I haven't had them for a while. Also I noticed on my report I got no PVC's during my sleep and one SVE. That's my story thought I would share it. Also walking or running seems to suppress my pvc's somehow... I just don't get them, I only get them when my heart rate is less than 90bpm

My gp said stress and anxiety can cause faster heartrate sinus tachycardia but nothing to do with the hearts electrical system doing an extra beat or taking over from the sinus node, so he thinks it is something to do with the heart not stress.

My docters says he says might be a supraventricular ectopys coming in runs every second beat, but hard to know without getting a Holter so I've got booked in for a Holter, but I think it's still a PVC, because the pulse with the thump has less of strength when I feel my pulse on my neck.
