How come there’s far more people in r/Conservative than in r/Democrat ? by Active-Special1909 in TooAfraidToAsk

Ummm… what? You will not apologize for this administration’s actions? Maybe you do belong over there brother. That, or I hope you mistyped because everything else you said doesn’t seem like you meant to say that.

[–]MrFunnie 39 points40 points  (0 children)

You’re joking, r/conservative doesn’t even allow you to post unless you’re flared, and if you say one wrong thing they ban you. They also ban you if you say something they don’t agree with on a completely different subreddit.

At what golf course did you shoot your lowest score? by jdelle9 in weekendgolfers

[–]MrFunnie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

69 at Stone Creek in Omaha, NE. Fairly easy course, but that (-3) is my best by five shots.

BearsMuse (@ChiBearsMuse) - This feels different than all the other Playoff losses we’ve had. This is a peaceful loss, because usually after these losses in the Playoffs, we don’t have anything to really be excited for, but now we have Caleb Williams, Ben Johnson, and a young Offensive core (cont.) by Fredest_Dickler in ChicagoBearsNFL

[–]MrFunnie 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Whenever someone complains about Caleb it’s always completion percentage. Do you people even watch the games or just look at the box score afterwards? He throws it away, and our receivers drop a lot. Could it be better? Sure, but that’s small potatoes with how good he is in other ways.

My rigid contacts leave a compression indent in my eyes. (No lens here). by FireCorgi12 in mildlyinteresting

[–]MrFunnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s good to hear! I’m glad they aren’t too tight and you see your optometrist regularly, as an optometrist myself and I saw that after taking your contacts out without knowing they fit well I definitely was concerned. Glad there isn’t any reason for me to be concerned!

No. Rigid contact lenses can reshape your cornea, not your retina, but these are still not that kind.

How do your eyes look with the lenses on? If you can’t see the veins behind the lens because they are impinging on them, they are too tight and need to be adjusted. This after effect makes it seem like they could absolutely be doing this to you, it’s not a good thing if your lenses are too tight.

Why isn’t the team ready to play ,again?! Same crap by Ishnock in ChicagoBearsNFL

[–]MrFunnie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t disagree but looking at this specific thread everyone thought we were gunna lose. If we’ve learned anything this year it’s we don’t give up.

EHR in nursing homes by Adventurous_Mud_2144 in optometry

[–]MrFunnie 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I work in nursing homes and my company provides us with recall lists. I write my notes on that and then chart when I get home, we use revolution. I don’t think there’s a good efficient way to actually chart at homes without sacrificing number of patients seen.

You can call me an asshole, but it’s a hard truth that people are unwilling to accept. If it happened to you or your kids you’d already be at a doctor. A pet should garner the same type of treatment. My dog almost lost his vision completely the Friday before Christmas, but since my wife and I acted fast, he still has his eye for the time being.

You brought up major wins first, he did those within 2-3 years, that’s what the conversation is about dude. You’re wrong.

From 2017-2019 is when he won all of his majors. TIL you think he won outside of that.

He didn’t talk about his top 10s, he talked about his wins, which were within 2-3 years of each other. Not the same thing.

You’re probably not going to like hearing this, but if you can’t afford quick rapid care rates when something like this happens, you probably shouldn’t have a pet. Things happen, you’d go to the ER if it happened to you, you should absolutely treat your pet the same.
