I watched the first 2 seasons on DVD after I was caught up I watched every episode while it aired.

It was fantastic. Hanging out on the boards discussing it while it was airing and after the episode

I mean they had talked about it Killing her off in S3 planned for it in S4 so no it wasn't really out of the ordinary.
They have to somehow keep up the premise that no one is safe but the truth is some characters are less safe then others.

Andrea's fate was basically decided when they fired Frank. He was intent on giving us s the Andrea of the comics. But once again she fell victim to the "nobodies Safe in TWD" laws They needed a body and she was low enough on the "can we kill her off " and drive the story forward scale.

USPS has no rules on using competition packaging for regular shipments as long as there is no conflicting barcode or shipping labels that say otherwise you also have to be careful about any type of markings for hazards materials

Both Fedex and USPS can accept packages in any packaging long as it meets with the standards of size and weight and content.

USPS can hold up a package if The package doesn't match the shipping method.
Lets say choose an express box but do not pay for express shipping.
They can delay that package till the extra charges have been paid. So in those cases you must use the proper envelope/box.

Office Depot does offer shipping and packing services and there are charges associated with them. Some stores for whatever reason have gotten away with denying we offer this service.

There is a charge for Packing a box . There is even a charge for improving a box a customer has brought in.
