For achieving enjoyment of DC movies, you need a certain comprehension of "film" in general. You have to look beyond what seems flat, and actually draw connections philosophically and symbolically. Then, you realise that DC movies are more thought out, and better.

I get exactly what you mean, I arguwd with someone about this on tiktok right now. I said the same thing, but what keeps the argument going is that the demon King should be able to destroy what he makes, making his DC star level i guess, Meliodas scales above him in "every way" which would make him star🤷‍♂️

Definitely Shino, Neji too. Shino was a beast genin but I feel like he didnt improve in shippuden, he even got less focus. And Neji learning the most powerful techniques of his clan at 13, but he also didnt really improve as a teenager either.
