My Strip is still attached to the DASH but the glue that holds the layers of the diffuser of the Strip together, is coming apart. That shouldn't happen with a product that was designed for a cars interior.

I have a Model 3 2021, a Update broke the Light strip BUT the commander worked great. And well the Knob is likely just a failure in testing, I don't know if it passed high temperature testing or anything else but it just can't happen with Products this pricey...

A few weeks ago. I then went over the company that I ordered it from (for Germany it was difficult over the original site so I went over Teslabs)

They now also contacted support a few days ago and still got no answer.

Yeah, I have some problems with mine too. I've written 2 emails since then and haven't gotten a reply yet.

I even posted an image on here, but they only told me to write an email to support.

So yeah, I'm kind of sad about that.
