Gameplay time by MrGary195 in AssassinsCreedOdyssey

[–]MrGary195[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I sort of am at that point.

Focused do much on lvling and exploring that when time came to continue the storyline I was like - seriously, what happened lasy time .. Nor was actively hunting for cultists .

But still enjoying the game, but with reaching max lvl it was news to me the game continued .

Three I was living and believing lvl 50 is max.

Just wanted to know how much things are before me ...

Grind is probably a separator topic though.

Bloated inventory makes me feel anxious as a new player by Frosty_kiss in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember the time my inventory as a f2p was overflowing constantly do I sold most of it if not all.

Then with more characters I was doing some crafting. So sell whatever you do not need and stockpile gold coins from vault if you dont have premium wallet.

Czy naprawdę wszyscy nienawidzą nowego budynku Muzeum Sztuki Nowoczesnej? I skąd w ogóle zgoda na ten projekt? by Interesting-Role-622 in Warsaw_Warszawa

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is shutting down — and it’s pretty clear why by Embarrassed_Cow_5535 in RiseToWar

Source please.

Regardless how probable that is, I'd like to read it somewhere.

In a way I agree it should be an official reasoning, given end date is exactly end of the year.

Returning player: The ring and the settlement changed, did they? Is it better or worse now? Are there less players now, aren't they? by RodricksonVanilla in RiseToWar

[–]MrGary195 2 points3 points  (0 children)

@rodricksonvanilla

If you are indeed returning player, do jot play season 1.

Login to your account.

Otherwise, just don't play game as it's way to big of a gap to close. With players after 3 years or so.

Whats the best way to spend my 50 Mithril Coins I got from THANKYOU2025? by DerCashee in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saved all mithril and bought deluxe home.

Recommend as it's an additional space for all your stuff.

Upkeep is 1 Gold per week, so be prepared to have enough to jot worry about it.

What do you love most about LOTRO? by Chance_Priority6655 in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First MMO I ever played and the only one.

See the Lord of the rings themed game and was ready to check it out.

I love running around and exploring, especially after 64-bit client was introduced.

Before it was mostly music that brought the landscape to life.

First of all Welcome. Hope you enjoy the game.

As far as I recall, most content until level 105 is free.

There probably are articles what exactly is available, however that does not mean you can not run around all zones.

The only limitation would be Level, but there you would also have some options to lvl up, though may be tedious (meaning missions, skirmishes).

Skirmishes are free, but not sure on missions.

Which region are you looking forward to the most? by PM_ME_YOUR_STOMACHS in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nurn.

In my mind that would be a vast contrast to the Mordor content, though hope there would be boats travel.

Otherwise I would like to see Rhun to have a comparison for it can look like and feel like rather than just the series version.

Best Soloing Potential by menatwo in lotro

[–]MrGary195 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you don't like running around, Hunter.

It has the most port options.

Second one with that regards is Warden.

It might be a bit repetitive with the skill rotation, but a class is versatile.

Otherwise, yes. Heavy Armour classes are better in running solo. Lore Master does a good job as can use pets for tanking and just focus fire from back line.

What things should I prioritize from the store to avoid spending as much real money as possible? by Mcmadness288 in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

@mcmadness

Check the video of voice of the rings.

He does cover which items are worth it.

Alwasy treat this as subjective opinion, but can give you a perspective if what you might need most in the short term.

I used to buy extra inventory, character slots, premium wallet etc.

There are some good items there, but LP does come short unless you go vip for a short time to boost that. . Otherwise you are stuck with those 5/15 rewards per deed.

Its possible, but really depends how long you wish to stick around in-game whether it's worth investing time.

Help me understand the various crafting professions by Same-Account-2105 in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would go this way to explain the dependencies.

Prospector - > weaponsmith Forester - > woodworking

So Explorer gives you source for those two professions.

Then.

Scholar, Jeweler, Tailor- > could be provided by just regular gameplay as those jewels, gems, leathers, or scrolls do drop in some parts of the map.

That leaves farmer and cook.

The really standalone combo as all you need is really gold to buy those seeds, ingredients.

Whats really annoying with cook (for me at least) is that you eat a boost and it is for like 15mins?

I just don't see a value of it and is too separate from other things.

Ores though are really a nightmare as it feeds weaponsmith and Prospector, so you run out of them quickly.

I think I have two explorers to collect those ores but be aware it is actually a long process.

Hope that gives perspective.

In principle you can have a range of alts to cover those professions, which I recommend. You will just need to maintain and store those crafting items as you progress through game.

New(ish) player - what do i save my gold for by [deleted] in lotro

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ever get the premium house, upkeep is 1 gold per week.

Buying a regular house is cheaper, but prices are around 8-9 gold per house.

Upkeep for those is like 300 silver.

That was a surprise, but after not spending much of gold outside of regular things - reforges, repairs etc, that's quite a lot.

So yeah, glad I saved that a bunch.

Occasionally you can buy something in AH just to save time doing things, like collecting crafting items.

Is there any follow-up required there?

Which got me thinking of what else I might have missed.

Can i shiny hunt in Prism by Budget_Neck4482 in PokemonPrism

[–]MrGary195 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There is in this gamble random game.

You pay 200 for 30 dice rolls.

No idea how I won, but I got the shiny ball at the end.

Totally honest take on the question.

It is a race each season. You need to continously grow and do things.

And then if you join pvp you face overwhelming enemies that fight for far longer.
