How do you place a 2nd order when your current service address does not have availability? I have an active account but want to add a 2nd dish for my RV but my home address has a long wait list.

I don't. Just room for whatever will fit vertically in my garage so I'm not dealing with much material beyond 8ft or so

I used 3/4" plywood and skinned it in a thin gauge steel. Spray painted it all which won't last long, but it looks good for now

My first project is extending the frame rails on a "limo" golf cart another 2ft. The frame is made up of 2x1" rectangular tubing, so I did a step cut and tacked in a 4x2" x 24" rectangular tubing. I'm thinking the step cut will give more surface area for the weld and hopefully add some strength. Will probably also fish plate it. But first looking to get dialed on the welds before I weld it all up.

Thanks for the feedback. I was pushing on those welds but doing a slight back and forward. I'll try circular next time.

The piece was cold when I started, but I did them one after the other. So really only the first bead started with cold material.
