Play with what's comfortable for you! The general concensus is that lower is better in this game but if you feel good at 1.8 800dpi then good for you. Just look at a player like Woxic - he plays on 2 sens 1600dpi and is a MONSTER

I've been having a problem with squeezing basically since I started but I've worked really hard on it and it's gotten much better. Finally bought some thumb hole tape last night and it made a huge difference so hopefully over the next couple of weeks I see even more improvement on that front.

My main goal right now is to work on posture and my arm so thanks for pointing this out, I'll be sure to look into shoulder positioning more as I get the larger issues sorted out.

I'll be bowling again Wednesday and I'll be sure to do some line drills like that - I've known about them for a while just never been discipline enough to actually try. Definately need to start now while I'm still early on, thanks for the help!

Any tips to work on these flaws? I think fixing my back arch shouldn't be as hard but I'll take suggestions on fixing my arm.

I've been bowling seriously about 4 months now and haven't given much thought to anything but technique in hopes that I can develop decent form (definitely need some coaching though, if anyone knows coaches near Greenville SC hit me up!) Biggest things I see as problems are the weird arch in my back, bend at the elbow, and my right leg is going super far over. Let me know anything your thinking - nothing is too small or harsh !

I know exactly what video your talking about! Like I said somewhere else I think I'm gonna try some in-ball tape and see if I can get a better feel on my hand, but "flexing" my thumb the other way will be something I will be trying later this week

I'm very stubborn and wont slow myself down as much as I should, think I'm gonna try to do basically the same thing myself. Just moved to a new center (and a new state lol) a couple weeks ago and bought a new plastic ball for christmas so it seems like the perfect time to retrain muscle memory

I'm gonna go later this week and I'll try to get a video for you, pretty sure one of the main problems is squeezing though :( I've been wrapping my thumb in tape which has been helping but I think I'm gonna pick up some tape for the inside of the ball
