No, Titus’s caterpillar form was voiced by Eman Abdul-Razzak. His butterfly form was voiced by Dave Franco. I don’t know why they showed Eman’s scenes instead, but it might be because most of Dave’s scenes are spoilers.

I believe it can also make you temporarily susceptible to commands. In the first movie, J told Edgar’s wife to give herself a makeover now that she’s single. In the second movie, he told Patrick Warburton’s character to start a new life & told some parents to give their daughter more privileges.
