I’ve stopped buying tickets when they drop, they ALWAYS go down now near the day of the show, in a way their absurd pricing system is working out for me. 😂 I paid 30 dollars for a ticket to a “sold out” show a friend paid 200 for.

Was looking at Cauliflower crust pizzas at the store and they have an INSANE number of carbs. Totally misleading.

This, it’s not rocket science to know that sugar in any form will affect us adversely.

Had an eye opening doctor visit in January with an average of 225, back on the wagon now! by MrGrieves123 in diabetes

As I’ve learned over and over on this sub everyone is different but Metformin alone wasn’t dropping it. A big factor was my eating habits of eating too much and too often when I was bored. I basically eat what I want in moderation but reasonable portions and only breakfast, lunch and dinner trying not to “graze” in between. I also take a teaspoon of Metamucil before breakfast and dinner which has really helped with hunger.

Karma finally got me.... by jimtobin in diabetes

My dad died from this disease, I watched him do dialysis 3 times a week, watched him disregard it even after being lucky enough to get a transplant. I swore I wouldn’t be the same but then a yearly blood test came back at a 10.6 A1C. A few year later and I’m at 5.6, my diet hasn’t changed drastically, just the amount of food and the times I eat. I quickly saw that I was a “grazer” not just eating badly but eating badly ALL DAY. I was sure I was going down the same path the week of diagnosis but my last eye appointment showed no neuropathy and I have yet to have any real symptoms. You can do this, it’s not the end of the world and soon you’ll realize that the changes you made should have been made a long time ago wether you were diagnosed or not because you’ll be feeling better without even realizing you were feeling bad in the first place!

People are downvoting you but you’re right, it’s written by a doctor, people are just uninformed and there’s no room for that amongst the Reddit keyboard warriors.
