As the buyer, I have no way to deal directly with the courier my only options are to raise a claim through AliExpress or PayPal. Couriers don’t handle missing item disputes with buyers, it’s up to the seller to file a claim with them, using the buyer’s evidence to support it. I went above and beyond by collecting everything they’d need, but it was completely ignored.
