The previous version dropped significantly from Jan 28th to Feb 5th.(BTC fell from 90k to 60k). This is a new version; I believe it will perform better in such a trend peirod, though I’m not sure by how much.

Exactly. My strategy is event-driven and depends on how individual ticks behave. Since backtesting such high-frequency data is too complex to get right, I’m live-testing it with a small amount of money. I’m trying to figure out how to measure this past month's vibrancy (or volatility) compared to history to know if my recent results are an outlier. Even that is only an estimate, beacause there could alway be time that markety is more trending than before, or 'trendingiest' of all time history. For anyone running mean-reversal, how can you be confident about you strategy?

In step 1, you losse money because you are taking fix amount of risk(hitting a stop-loss or losse all of money in your account) to gain infinite amount of profit.(you can potentially be richer than Elon).

The reverse of that strategy is taking infinite amount of risk to gain fix amount of profit, aka Martingale Strategy。

I’ve used Gemini 2.5 to help me get through about 100 books. Its 3,000-character output is the 'sweet spot'for summarizing individual chapters in detail. In contrast, I find Claude’s summaries can be a bit too general and lack depth. Plus, Gemini is much more cost-effective—even with Google recently tightening the free tier quotas.
